Every print has been hand signed in pencil by Jeff Beck and artist Rod Cousins, and numbered accordingly. Also each print will bear the publishers blind stamp as a mark of authenticity, as further authenticity each print will come with a certificate bearing photographs of Jeff and the artist signing.
The idea for this artwork came from Jeff himself after seeing a film clip on YouTube of a budgie flying whilst carrying a tea spoon. Not that it is very Rock and Roll image, so Jeff rethought the idea incorporating an Eagle and a Fender guitar.
The image is actually a photograph of an Eagle in flight with the only thing added from the original photo being the Fender.
Each print is printed on heavy stock fine art paper using colourfast inks. Paper size is 71cm x 68cm Image size is 48cm x 48cm, and is an edition of only 195 Worldwide.
St Pauls Gallery are offering this print at a launch price of £395 unframed, and as with all their fine art editions as the prints are sold and numbers deplete the price increases, with some of their earlier album artwork editions now retailing for as much as £7000, making these editions attractive for collectors and investors alike.
