JEFF WINS 'LES PAUL' HONOUR AT MOJO AWARDS.

Jeff was in London for the second annual Mojo Honours List last night (Thursday 16th June 2005). The awards ceremony was created last year by the team at the UK music magazine Mojo and featured a fantastic line-up of both winners (including The Pogues, Paul Weller, Robert Wyatt, Madness, Sly & Robbie, Dr. John) and presenters (Jimmy Page, The Edge, David Gilmour, Sinead O'Connor, Robert Cray, Shaun Ryder, Dizzee Rascal, Blur's Alex James to name a few). The Les Paul award was a new to the list this year; it was sponsored by Gibson guitars and presented in conjunction with legendary guitarist Les Paul to an inspirational player. The presentation featured a video clip from Les himself, and the award was handed over by Velvet Revolver/Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash, a long time fan of Jeff.
